Our External Transport Manager (ETM) Finder Service is designed to connect operators with qualified ETMs, simplifying the process and ensuring your business remains compliant.

 

How Our ETM Finder Service Works

1. Submit Your Requirements: Complete our online form detailing your operational needs and preferences.

2. Payment Processing: We’ll issue an invoice for our finder’s fee, which covers the first month’s ETM service.

3. Candidate Search: Our team will identify a suitable ETM in your area, considering your specific requirements.

4. Introduction: We’ll facilitate an introduction between you and the selected ETM to discuss terms and responsibilities.

 

ETM Charges

 

ETM fees are typically based on the number of vehicles on your operator’s licence. Rates start at £450 for the first vehicle, with an additional £100 per vehicle per month thereafter. Charges are usually applied per operational vehicle, allowing flexibility as your fleet grows.

 

Finder’s Fee

 

Our finder’s fee is equivalent to the first month’s payment to the ETM. This fee is payable upon confirmation of the ETM placement. From the second month onwards, you will pay the ETM directly. If you’re unsatisfied with the ETM provided, we’ll endeavor to find a replacement or offer a full refund if unsuccessful.

 

Our ETMs

 

We collaborate with a network of dedicated and qualified ETMs who prioritize compliance and road safety. Each ETM holds a Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) in Road Haulage and has been thoroughly vetted to ensure they meet our standards.

 

Time Commitment

 

The expected hours an ETM should dedicate to your operation depend on the number of vehicles authorized on your licence. The Office of the Traffic Commissioner provides guidelines to determine appropriate time commitments based on fleet size.
