Our 7-Hour Return to Driving CPC Course is designed to support HGV drivers who are re-entering the industry—providing the essential knowledge, confidence, and compliance required to get back on the road safely and legally.

The 7 hour Return to Driving CPC route is intended for eligible drivers returning to professional driving whose Driver CPC has expired. Eligibility depends on when the previous Driver CPC expired. After completing the approved 7 hour course and once it has been recorded, an eligible driver can resume professional driving in the UK but must complete a further 28 hours of Driver CPC training within 12 months. The return to driving route can only be used once in a five year period
