Subscription Terms & Conditions (Summary)

(JS Transport Solutions Ltd – Compliance Support Packages)

 

1. Service Overview

All compliance packages are provided as monthly subscription services designed to offer structured guidance, systems, and support to assist Operator Licence compliance.

These services do not constitute full-time transport management unless explicitly agreed in writing.

 

2. Scope of Service

Each package includes only the services outlined within its tier.

Unless otherwise agreed, the service does not include:

• Acting as the nominated Transport Manager

• Daily operational management

• Tachograph analysis or infringement management

• Booking maintenance or third-party services

Additional services can be provided at an agreed extra cost.

 

3. Support Access (Fair Use Policy)

All support is provided on a fair use basis.

• Support is primarily delivered via email and scheduled calls

• Response times will be reasonable but are not guaranteed as immediate

• Excessive or ongoing support requests outside the scope may be:

  • Limited

  • Redirected

  • Or subject to additional charges

 

4. Monthly Check-Ins & Reviews

Where included:

• Monthly calls are limited to up to 30 minutes

• Quarterly reviews are conducted remotely unless otherwise agreed

• Missed or cancelled sessions may not be rescheduled

 

5. Client Responsibilities

The Operator Licence holder remains fully responsible for compliance at all times.

Clients must:

• Provide accurate and timely information

• Maintain required records

• Implement guidance provided

• Ensure vehicles, drivers, and systems meet legal requirements

 

6. Compliance Disclaimer

JS Transport Solutions provides guidance and systems to support compliance.

Final responsibility for meeting obligations set by the Traffic Commissioner for Great Britain and the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency remains with the Operator Licence holder.

 

7. Driver CPC (Where Included)

Where Driver CPC training is included:

• Training is delivered as part of a structured annual programme

• Courses are provided on scheduled dates

• Attendance is subject to availability and booking

• Missed sessions may need to be rebooked

Training is not provided on-demand or on bespoke dates unless agreed separately.

 

8. Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance

• Payment must be maintained to retain access to services

• Late or missed payments may result in suspension of service

 

9. Cancellation Terms

• Minimum 30 days’ notice required to cancel

• Services continue during the notice period

• No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period

 

10. Service Availability

JS Transport Solutions reserves the right to:

• Adjust service delivery methods

• Amend features within packages

• Improve systems and processes as required

 

11. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide accurate guidance:

• JS Transport Solutions cannot guarantee avoidance of enforcement action

• Liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the service
