How Our Placement Service Works

 

When an operator engages us to find an External Transport Manager (ETM), we search our network for qualified candidates in proximity to the operator’s base. By informing us of your preferred working regions, we can match you with suitable opportunities. Once introduced, you’ll liaise directly with the operator to discuss the role. Upon mutual agreement, you’ll proceed to formalise the contract and complete the online TM1 form as part of the operator’s licence application. Our team remains available to provide guidance throughout this process and beyond.

 

Compensation Structure

 

Our recommended rates for ETMs are based on the number of vehicles listed on the operator’s licence and their Operator Compliance Risk Score (OCRS). For detailed pricing information, please refer to our Rates Guide. The initial month’s fee serves as our placement charge, payable by the client. Consequently, you can commence billing from the second month onward.
