Do you take over responsibility for our Operator Licence?

No. The licence holder, directors and nominated Transport Manager, where required, retain their statutory responsibilities. We provide consultancy, implementation support and independent review to help them fulfil those responsibilities.

Can you help if DVSA or the Traffic Commissioner has already contacted us?

Yes, subject to the nature and urgency of the matter. We can review operational records, identify corrective actions and assist with organising evidence. Formal regulatory proceedings or legal representation may require specialist transport legal advice and are not automatically included.

Will our business be fully compliant after 90 days?
