This two-day refresher course is designed for qualified Transport Managers who want to stay up to date with current legislation and best practice across the road haulage industry. Transport legislation and compliance expectations change regularly. The Traffic Commissioners strongly encourage Transport Managers to complete refresher training periodically to ensure they remain competent in their role. This course helps Transport Managers refresh their knowledge of key areas of compliance, including operator licensing, drivers’ hours, tachographs, and vehicle maintenance. It also ensures that Transport Managers continue to meet their Operator Licence undertakings and maintain a strong Operator Compliance Risk Score (OCRS). During the course we revisit the core subjects covered in the Transport Manager CPC qualification and highlight recent regulatory updates that affect transport operations today. This refresher training supports Transport Managers in maintaining effective compliance systems and managing safe, legally compliant transport operations.
